BioDynamic Breathwork & Trauma Release Training

BioDynamic Breathwork & Trauma Release Training

Your breath knows the way

The BioDynamic Breathwork & Trauma Release System® (BBTRS®) is a body-based approach to trauma healing that works through six elements: breath, movement, touch, sound, conscious emotional expression, and meditation. Whether you’re a practitioner ready to add breathwork to your skill set or someone seeking your own deep healing, the training meets you where you are. No prior experience is required.

There is one function in your body that runs both automatically and voluntarily

Not your heart rate. Not your digestion. Not your stress response. Those operate below conscious control.
Breath is the exception. It is a direct line into the part of the nervous system that runs your threat responses, shutdown patterns, and survival strategies.
Most people meet breathwork as a relaxation tool: slow the exhale, find your calm. That works, yet it’s a fraction of what breath can do. When breath is combined with movement, sound, attuned touch, and skilled relational presence, the body can finally release what it has been holding: patterns of tension and protection that years of understanding alone couldn’t reach.
That’s what BBTRS® is built around.

I’ve been a BBTRS® instructor since 2018

I teach the core modality and techniques, along with trauma physiology and Reichian/Bioenergetic Character Structures, to practitioners training for certification worldwide.
What keeps me teaching it is what I’ve watched happen, over and over: people arrive disconnected from what their body is holding, and in the breath, something shifts. What returns doesn’t just feel new. It feels like them.
