The in-person training retreat is the most immersive way to experience the depth and precision of BBTRS®. Over seven days you’ll be guided through a somatic journey weaving breathwork, movement, sound, safe touch, conscious emotional expression, and meditation.

Each day includes:

• Learning to identify and work with the 7 belts of tension—the core energetic and muscular holding patterns in the body.
• Live demonstration of how to release these patterns through a BBTRS® session.
• Practice giving and receiving a BBTRS® breathwork session.
• Somatic meditations.
• Hands-on techniques and bodywork practices for working with trauma in the body.
• Grounding, resourcing, and pendulation practices to build nervous system resilience.
• Group exercises that build connection and trust, with daily integration through movement and sharing circles.

You’ll learn and practice in a dynamic field of shared presence, supported by me, your peers, and the collective wisdom that emerges in group process. The group’s energy isn’t a side benefit. It’s a vital part of the transformation.

It’s both a personal healing immersion and a foundational step toward BBTRS® certification. Practitioners and personal-healing participants share the same room, the same practices, and the same field of group presence, and that mix is part of what makes the week work. Our in-person trainings are open to:

• Aspiring practitioners beginning their BBTRS® certification journey.
• Anyone called to their own personal transformation, without any need to become certified
