Your aliveness is calling.
Body-based healing for what talk hasn't touched.

I believe healing is both deeply physiological and deeply human.

I’m Jennifer McKeever, a somatic psychotherapist, trauma educator, and transformational group facilitator. For more than two decades, I have worked with the body as a doorway into healing.

My approach is grounded in nervous system science, but it is ultimately in service of helping more of your life become available to you. That means symptom relief is the floor of this work, not its destination. And what excites me is what becomes possible beyond survival: a greater capacity for truth, relationships, meaning, and aliveness.

In a room with me, you can expect to be taken seriously, including the parts of you that you may have learned to minimize, hide, or apologize for. I’m direct because I believe you deserve honesty, not another professional treating you as fragile. And I laugh easily, because deep work does not always have to feel heavy.

If you’re ready for that kind of change, you’re in the right place.

Ways to Work Together

My work integrates somatic psychotherapy, breathwork, and experiential group process. There are different ways in, depending on whether you are seeking your own transformation or learning how to accompany others.

Begin with your nervous system

The Vagus Nerve and Trauma Healing is a free 3-part video series that explains why the body holds trauma the way it does, and what actually begins to shift it. A grounded place to start, before anything else. Along with the series, you'll receive regular writing on nervous system healing, somatic practice, and the deeper work of coming back to yourself.
