And something is still contracting in the same places, still running the same dynamics, still carrying something they can’t seem to put down.

That’s what happens when understanding runs ahead of the body, and the body is still living the old story.

The path through that story goes through what’s been avoided. What I know how to guide is the descent: into the breathwork that cracks something open, the retreat process that takes people past the edges of what they know about themselves, the kind of dark stillness where something long hidden can finally surface. Something always waits in that territory.

The work is reclamation. What comes back is yours: your aliveness, your longing, your capacity to be fully present in your own life.
